PROGRAMS

P&G is always looking for the best and brightest from universities and colleges around the world. With a variety of options across all of our function areas, you’ll find an opportunity to work on real business challenges with some of the world’s best known brands.That’s what we call a career-starter.

We don’t believe in giving you ‘busy work’. Our interns take on real projects that are vital to the growth of our business. You have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership of your project, developing a strong understanding of our business and collaborative relationships working with stakeholders.

From day one, you’ll help develop or support exciting brands you know & trust while working on projects that have a direct impact on our global, US$84 billion business. As part of your internship, you’ll present your final recommendations to our senior leaders and potentially see your ideas come to life in our business. P&G offers a paid 10 week internship over the summer holidays.

At P&G we want you to get your career off to a fast start. That’s why we don’t have any rotational programs or gradual ramping-up periods. We hand you real responsibility from the moment you walk through the door. We think it’s the best way to learn. As a graduate you could be overseeing a brand with multimillion dollar sales, or working on a global project.
